Both she and her team are a family business that has been working in the area for over 50+ years, and they're incredibly well connected, helping to smooth over the process and get us our dream home. She introduced us to some incredible mortgage brokers who were also 5/5 stars, helping us every step of the way by answering our million and one questions about the whole process and giving us her supportive but realistic impressions of the houses (and any work involved, since she's renovated her own house and knows the process). She's even set us up with contractors post-sale for improvements to the home long after the sale went through and we moved in! The housewarming gifts weren't just a typical cookie cutter cooperate thing, either, but specifically curated gifts. A photo of my partner and me the day we had our offer accepted, framed photos of our cats that I had sent her in our text exchanges, even pens and notebooks that matched our chosen decor because she knew I was a writer.
