Originally from Zimbabwe, Warrick moved to the Pacific Northwest decades ago and still talks about feeling like he landed in the most beautiful place in the world. He and his wife, Valerie — an unofficial but very important member of Team Minnie — have lived in the same Bellevue home for over 45 years and have been married for more than 50. Together they raised their family here, coached kids’ soccer teams, built lifelong friendships, and became deeply rooted in the community they love.
Warrick is known for his consistency, warmth, and genuine care for people. He’s the kind of person who never meets a stranger — always offering to help carry a stroller up the stairs, give someone a ride, or lend a hand however he can. Clients quickly become friends, and many families have trusted him through multiple generations of real estate decisions.
Outside of real estate, he’s famous among friends and neighbors for his backyard hummingbird sanctuary, complete with heated feeders in the winter so the birds always have a warm place to eat — even in the snow. He’s also a man of routines: same breakfast every morning, regular workouts, sharp dresser, signature newsboy hats, and always impeccably put together.
But above all else, his favorite role is Grandpa to Jimmy, Jamie, Georgia, Marlow, and Jude.
