Hi, I’m Ashley Minnie — a Bellevue-based REALTOR®, local market expert, mom, and one half of Team Minnie alongside my dad, Warrick Minnie.
Real estate has always been personal for us. My dad has spent more than 45 years helping people buy and sell homes across the Eastside, and together we’ve built a business rooted in relationships, trust, and genuinely caring about the people we work with. We’re known for treating our clients like family and going far beyond simply putting a home on the market.
Before real estate, I spent 13 years in the tech industry in Seattle, where I built a strong foundation in sales, marketing, negotiation, and client service. That experience completely shaped the way I approach real estate today — combining strategic marketing and strong negotiation skills with a very hands-on, human approach.

We don’t believe in “just putting a sign in the yard.” We help sellers prepare their homes strategically to maximize value, coordinating everything from contractor recommendations and design guidance to staging, photography, and marketing. High-end staging is included with every listing because presentation matters.
We’re also deeply local. I grew up in Bellevue and have strong roots throughout the Eastside, especially in neighborhoods like Bretton Woods, where our family has been involved in the community for decades. Whether you’re buying your first condo, upsizing for more space, relocating to the area, helping parents downsize, or searching for your forever home, we bring honest guidance, local insight, and a calm, experienced presence to the process.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband and daughter, exploring local coffee shops and neighborhoods, working out, hosting open houses, or sharing the real side of real estate life online.
